PT Kuliner Spesialis Indonesia ("Mercado General") was established in 2020 to serve a growing demand for authentic and comprehensive Mexican and Latin American food products in Indonesia. We now operate 4 hubs across Greater Jakarta and serve the whole country, with custom procurement for customers needing specialized products.

We offer the widest selection of high-quality Mexican food ingredients — from tortillas and taco shells to dried chiles and fresh produce. We source directly and indirectly from more than 10 brands to ensure reliability of supply and stability of pricing in an uncertain importing environment, and offer same-day delivery in Greater Jakarta with scheduled deliveries across Java and Bali.
Production
GUSTO — our own tortilla & chips label
Alongside imports, our GUSTO production line makes flour, whole-wheat and yellow corn tortillas (15–30 cm), fried taco shells, tostadas and tortilla chips — fresh, in Greater Jakarta. That means custom sizes and private-label programs no pure importer can offer.
Compliance
Documentation & invoicing
All goods are imported under PT Kuliner Spesialis Indonesia with complete Indonesian customs documentation. We issue proper commercial invoices, and faktur pajak for PKP customers. Halal, origin and product documentation is available on request per SKU for hotel and retail compliance teams.
